Evanthia Tselika

Evanthia Tselika is a visual arts researcher, artist and arts educator. She is currently the Fine Arts Programme Coordinator at the University of Nicosia and recently received her PhD from the University of London. Her practice-based research focuses on the role of socially engaged art in addressing conflict and urban segregation, using the divided city of Nicosia, Cyprus as a case study. Her work focuses on conflict-related contemporary art practices, dialogical structures and art practices, and contemporary methods of art pedagogy within the context of divided cities. (Updated 2015)
