envision
envision was engage's pioneering programme supporting galleries to develop innovative ways of working together with young people aged 14-21. It supported organisations and young people to share ideas, expertise, resources, and create opportunities for young people to have a genuine role in shaping gallery practice. 

envision had a focus on promoting the role galleries can play in building the skills, aspirations and engagement of young people experiencing or at risk of disadvantage.

Packed full of advice, practical information and inspiration, this guide to young people's participation in galleries and the arts shows you the steps to take to get started or will refresh your knowledge with the latest ideas and developments to help you improve on what you're already doing. It includes advice and comments from various experts; good practice examples, top tips and jargon busters; information about current policy, legislation and the big agendas affecting working with young people; inspiration and ideas and; signposts to further help and resources.
