Go & See Funding
The Go & See fund is administered by engage Scotland and supported by Creative Scotland. Go & See supports individuals working in creative organisations across the arts in Scotland to go and see good practice in delivering equality and diversity in the arts.
Go & See funding supports research trips into good practice in delivering equality and diversity in the arts related to the protected characteristics under the Equality Act of 2010.
- Age (young people under 18 are not a protected group under the Equality Act.)
- Gender reassignment
- Pregnancy and maternity
- Religion or belief
- Sexual orientation
Organisations will need to conduct initial research and tell us how the visit will impact on their programmes around equality and diversity.
Delivering equality and reflecting diversity is the responsibility of all staff in an organisation. We hope to see programmers and managers in creative organisations applying to this fund as well as those working in areas such as front of house or education who traditionally may have responsibility for equality and diversity.
This opportunity is open to individuals working for creative organisations based in Scotland and the investment is made with the intention of benefit to people in Scotland.
Awards are likely to be in the range of £500 - £2,000.
The application deadline has now passed; applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by Monday 25 November 2013.
This is the final application round of Go & See funding.
