Join artist Jennyanne Smith for a fun morning of children’s yoga including movement, meditation and mindful art activities inspired by artwork in the galleries.
Suitable for 2 1/2–7 year olds.
Mindful Makers sessions are designed to motivate children to be active, build confidence, and manage the spectrum of emotions that they experience in their day‐to-day activities.
Each session includes child-friendly yoga moves (Asana); cardiovascular conditioning; meditation; breathing techniques (Pranayama) and deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra).
You will also be creative together enjoying mindfulness-based making activities.
