Molly Behagg

Molly Behagg is an artist who works with a variety of media including photography, painting and everyday objects to explore the relationship between place, self-identity and memory. Her work is concerned with how the self is shaped through experience and how everyday situations or objects are transformed through personal narratives and memory. Molly works as a freelance art educator in primary schools, running workshops which use making to engage with themes of place, identity and community. Molly grew up on the South coast near Brighton and has a BA in Fine Art from Bath Spa University. She is currently working towards an MA Art and Design in Education at the Institute of Education, and works from her studio in Bristol. Her work can be seen online at www.mollybehagg.co.uk.
