Museums, Artists and Collections

26 March / 16 April

The events are for artists and people working in museums, for anyone, in fact, who is excited about the creative potential of curators, educators and artists collaborating on the display and interpretation of collections.

With funding for museums now channelled through Arts Council England, this is a good moment to examine what museums can gain from working with artists and how they can take advantage of the funding available through the Grants for the Arts scheme.

Artists, in turn, may be interested in thinking about museums both as a resource and as a site for making work and reaching new audiences.
