Summary

Iniva (Institute of International Visual Art) and A Space (arts and therapy service) present their latest Emotional Learning Workshop series: Exploring Difference / Reflections on Gender.

Open to all with an interest in arts, therapy, self care and emotional learning these hand on workshops use Iniva's engaging 'Emotional Learning Cards' as a starting point to explore complex topics that affect our sense of self. The course offers  opportunities to examine how identity and gender might influence our self perceptions and negative sense of self, creating space in which to look at how we might reframe and realign these perceptions.

Led by art psychotherapist Georgina Evans the workshops also offer 6 hours of certificated CPD for therapists.
