Iniva Creative Learning (a partnership between Iniva and A Space therapies service) with the support of Engage and BBC Children in Need, have produced a printed activity leaflet to help primary pupils explore their emotions with their families and carers at home. The leaflet transforms to become a stencil for pattern making, frames to see the world differently and provides you with pop-out shapes that slot together to create mini sculptures. All this whilst giving space for and supporting conversations around emotions for children, carers and the whole family.
Get in touch with your address to receive your free printed copies: firstname.lastname@example.org or download the print at home version below (best printed on card if you can!).
We aim to distribute the leaflet to as many pupils and families as possible, particular those facing disadvantages across KS1 and KS2. The leaflet uses artwork produced by ArtLab+ participants at Earlsmead Primary School (ArtLab+ is Iniva’s integrated art and art therapy schools programme) with artist Shepherd Manyika and art therapist Sarah Blick.
This activity has been supported by Engage.
This event is open to the public.
