A partnership project between Engage Cymru, Oriel Myrddin, Arts Care, West Wales Action for Mental Health and artist Julia Griffiths-Jones. Adults living in Carmarthenshire who are recovering from mental health concerns worked for ten weeks designing and creating amazing wire sculptures and artworks drawing on the themes of exhibitions at the gallery. The group created their own exhibition which was shown at the National Botanic Gardens of Wales. There are many positive outcomes and legacies from this project. One participant is now working with Oriel Myrddin on a voluntary basis as assistant technician. Many of the participants commented on the value of the project to their wellbeing.
