Arts in the early years & Reggio Emilia approaches

Engage members and regional colleagues are invited to join our East Midlands Area Meeting to share practice around the arts and the Early Years.

We’ll consider Early Years as a strategic priority in the context of Local Cultural Education Partnerships. We’ll hear about Talent 25; an innovative research programme that will follow babies born in Leicester over their early life and on their journey to starting school, seeing what happens when they are given regular opportunities to get involved in a wide range of creative activities. We’ll also explore how Reggio Emilia approaches can be used to support non-verbal young people and communication aid users.

Tea, coffee and cake will be served.

Please note that maxmimum capacity is 30 people.
