BALTIC Meet & Make Online / Foraged Creatures with artist Megan Randall

Join BALTIC artist, Megan Randall, for this week’s Meet & Make Online and make your own nature-inspired mythical critter.

Meg’s 6-minute make introduces you to her own Giant Sage-chomping Moth, the Fire-breathing Bin Spider and the Petal-bum Pincer Beetle all made from bits and pieces she foraged from her own garden and home…who will you create? Show us in the comments below or by tagging #balticconnect

This Meet & Make Online is inspired by BALTIC’s current group exhibition ‘Animalesque’ and particularly Paloma Varga Weisz’s folklore-conjured beast ‘Lazlo’s Dream’ and the Tupilakosaurus, an extinct, carnivorous amphibian from the Triassic era documented in work by Pia Arke with Anders Jorgerson.

For an Animalesque exhibition tour visit the Baltic Website.
