Now in its second year, Art Encounters is an initiative delivered by Engage in partnership with Take A Part. The programme aims to support creative practitioners (artists, community members, educators, producers, activists and others) with place-based training and peer-learning development opportunities focused on working with children and young people.
The first year of the programme focused on activity in the South West of England, this second year will focus on supporting practice in the West Midlands, specifically the Black Country region. Wolverhampton Cultural Education Partnership has supported the development of the 2024-25 iteration.
Applications are now open, deadline extended to Friday 18 October 2024.
